Great Curry book
This is a great book. The curry sauce guide is the best part, and once it's done, the curry world is your oyster. It takes a bit of time to prepare, but worth it. The curries tasted alot fresher than from my takeaway, and it gave me a good chance to try new dishes i wouldn't normally dare to pay for. Although warning to everyone, make sure you have a good extractor fan, because the house will smell for a few days when making the curry sauce. It's not an unpleasant smell, just strong. I loved the currys from this book and will continue to experiment. good job.
