Cox has the most amazing ability to break down extremely complex ideas and make them not only understandable, but fun in a way I have not encountered before. Though you dont need to have any background knowlege of mathematics or physics, it does help :)I would highly recomend this book if you are interested in physics, the universe or just want a fun challenging read.

Absolutely loved this book. A friend told me this was his favorite book ever, I thought that was enough to give it a go. So glad I did! I have read this twice, no joke, finished it and felt compelled to start again.I am a fan of a good scifi novel and I would put this right up there with my favorites. If you like Dune you will love this!!!
