Army Of Two (2)
1 New from
I had a blast playing this game with my friend, both online co-op and split screen co-op. The online play is a bit dull because nobody is on the servers any more but if you have a willing friend it's a great game. The reviews about this game seem to be directly proportional to the writers grammar so make of that what you will...
Wenger Swissgear Triton / Laptop Back Pack 15.4 inch / Grey
The bag itself has plenty of pockets and most are sized very well to fit external hard drives and other peripherals to stop them knocking about. It's a very comfortable bag too and is not only padded on the inside but on the outside where it meets your back to stop you getting slapped by the laptop when you walk! I also like how with this bag I can set it on the ground and it doesn't topple over because if the supported base plate, unlike all my other bags which left the laptop susceptible to falling over. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to some of the build quality, the outlet hole for the earphone cable was badly ripped and that's a big thing coming from a company like this.
Apple iPod Classic 80GB (Black)
To be honest I've always hated Apple because of their tendancy to make flashy products that could be so much cheaper and more functional. The classic totally changed my mind, it has a massive amount of space, it plays video files so I can watch my favourite TV series on the go and it's very reasonably priced for what you're getting... and yes it looks nice too. For anyone who's interested it also has a very smooth scroll wheel and it feels quite heavy for its size but I personally think it makes it feel more "substantial" and more sturdy, if it were too light I'd be scared to take it places in case it broke!
Logitech X-240 / Portable Speakers With Digital Player Dock For iPod / 25 Watt
The two main speakers are great sound quality compared to my laptop's built in ones however the sub makes a constant droning hum no matter how low I have it turned down. The only main gripe I have is the flimsy iPod dock, it's basically a shelf that pulls out and it sits on it. Most docks now have the speaker cable integrated into the special iPod charger cable but you still have to wrap a cable around the back and plug it into the headphone jack with this system. Overall I'm glad I got them so I don't have to carry my whole hi-fi with me on my travels however I'm going to regret them when there's no music playing through them to drown out the low hum.
D-Link DSLG624M 108Mbps MIMO ADSL 2 / Router Firewall / 4 Port Switch
The router is fine for first time users who only need to surf the web and check emails. For any advanced user or gamer the router is useless. It provides only 20 ports for forwarding and in my case they didn't even work. I gave the router one star because I wasn't given the option to give it none.
