If like me your a recovering couch potato this is really good. I did the first beginners session and couldn't believe how stiff I was the next day....it is also sensibly paced with rest days. Our Wii has never been connected to the internet and never switched on for a year and electronic bands for heart monitoring and motion worked first time. If like me you'd never been seen dead in a gym this could well be for you.

This film interested me as it is the same team as the Blair Witch Project - but it's more like a really bad episode of the X-Files. You truly want it to redeem itself and for a few minutes you think it will - only for the credits to roll! Quite frankly 90 minutes of your live your not going to get back.

My father's favourite war film - he served in Malaysia around the same era and tells me the it is totally realistic both in terms of the 'weeks of boredom punctuated by moments of sheer terror' and also the mick taking and banter. The 'Padre' scene is the stuff of legend!

If you like your war films to be realistic this is about as realistic as civil war/ethnic cleansing can portray - no big fight scenes but shows a man gradually stripped of his humanity and slowly begins to rebuild himself. It is truly disturbing in places.
