  1.  Raising The Bar

This series is brilliant the best thing I've seen on TV for many a long year and long may it continue. It's about guy of 23 who lives with his mum who's a cleaner and a gossip, his father who's a gardener and a complete dreamer and his great grandmother who is completely nuts, not forgetting his new born baby daughter Hope. It's about live at the bottom and how they deal with this new arrival.
The storyline are brilliant, the humour is spot on and supporting cast are well fought up and help make the show what it is. I must say my favoiurite character is Burt the father. If you didn't see this on Sky One early this year then you missed out but nows your chase don't miss it this time. A must for everyone.

  2.  Must Have Time Machine

Imagine if you could go back in time to when you were 18, with the knowledge you have now to make your life better. Well although the 80's isn't the time I would like to revisit, well that's the idea of the film and what a brilliant film it is.
John Cusack is great as always, with an excellant supporting cast including a cameo from the legend that is Chevy Chase. The clothes are loud and the soundtracks great and the film is funny all the way through. Whether you loved the 80's or if you not a fan, you will love this film and must have feel good film.

I've always said Americans have no taste and this is a classic example. One of the best TV series I have ever seen and they drop it after on half a series.
This show has everything, Great story, better characters and a brilliant setting, action as well as comedy. If you don't own it or worst still you have never seen it, then buy it know.
I hope and pray that some bright spark at Fox one days realises what they did and start making this series again.

  5.  Not Robin Hood more Robin Historical

If your looking for Robin prancing about the forest in bright green tights with his merry men in tow, then this isn't the film for you.
This film is more about what really happened and how the legend of Robin Hood all began, the historically correct version, will as far as they can tell.
I wasn't looking forward to watching this film at all, firstly because I don't really like Russell Crowe and secondly most critics have slated it. Will I was very pleasantly surprised. I not only enjoyed it but it keep me watching from start to finish and I also found it quite educational about English of our history. Oh and it's always got to see the French get a beating (only joking).
To sum up, if this film could change my mind bearing in mind I love the old Erol Flynn Robin Hood movies and I really, really don't like Russell Crowe then I think it's differently worth a watch. Not one for the kid mind.

  7.  It Ain't Easy Being Cheesy

    Posted:

Very few films can be cheesy and pull it off, but this one does it in style.
Boy meets girl, girl meets other boy and the three of them go on an adventure. They are tricked into delivering killer robots to a madman would wants to take over the earth. On route they get caught by bandits, who's leader is the genius who created the killer robots but was betrayed by the madman who used the robots to destory him. He survived and rebuilt himself so is now a cyborg (brilliant). They escape the cyborg, kill the madman and save the day. All in the oldest space truck there is. The story isn't very original and the special effects are great, but there is something about this film that I love. It's a good piece of entertainment and value for money.

  8.  Mechanical

A typical Jason Statham film but not as good.
This film has plenty of action but not much else
I found the storyline boring and predictable
Not really much else to say about this film apart for probably one for the died hard Statham fans only.

Oh Donald Sutherland was great as always but only in it for a short time unfortunatel

  10.  Solid Film

All in all I found this a very enterntaining film.
Seth Rogen as the Green Hornet was an unusali choose but was great as always.
Jay Chou as Kato was a good replacement for the legend that is Bruce Lee.
I've got to be honest I was expecting to much from this film but was pleasantly surprised.
This film has lots of action and some good comedy.
The gadgets on the car are great and put James Bond to shame.
Some would say that it's a bit chessy in place but for me that just keeping it like the original series.
Good enterainment value and well cast, I'll be adding it to my DVD collection.
