  1.  I think the problem is. . .

. . . That a lot of these reviewers giving the film 1/2 stars were expecting a horror. Whilst is some respects it is, the film is very psychologically draining. I found myself cowering behind pillows, not because of blood and gore, but because I didnt know what was behind that door, around that corner. The suspense in this film really makes it a worthwhile watch, and the sting is truly unexpected (for me anyway!)

This may not be suited to the horror/gore category as so many people expect it to be. But in whatever genre you wish to place it in, it is a really good film, and a must watch for those cold, dark nights. I would fully recommend the film despite the subs and lack of "gore" that so many people expect. It is a sad tale of a mother losing her son, and a real tearjerker to many!

  2.  Well done play.com

I have had some trouble recently with orders from play.com, but they have really come up in my books regarding this product.

I pre-ordered on the 16th, was posted on the 17th, and at 6.34am on the 18th Jan (official launch day) I was sitting at home with the product in my hand. Never had such fast internet service. WELL DONE.

As for the product, I havent had a chance to fully explore it yet. However, from what I have seen, it is a vast improvement on the millions of floating boxes found in mac office 2004. Everything is more organised and working on it looks to be a breeze.

I would recommend this product, even if there isn't anything drastically new. What is there is fine and is now much more easily accessible by a new UI and help menu
