    Enjoyable, but long

I got into this game quite quickly and the pacing was really good, the new structure that is truly free-form was great
Until about 20 hours into the game when having to drive to each and every mission got old, but I must be close to the finish surely, nope not even 50% into it yet, so this is a big game

I do enjoy the combat and pacing, I also love the idea of being able to go anywhere, but they could have at least made another mode of transport or even an NPC player to drive you to them if you wanted

That is my only problem with this game

The guns are great and feel quite realistic
The story I found to be interesting
And the graphics are stunning, not the best but still very beautiful, if you have a powerful rig then this game will wonder and delight you

But I'd recommend getting the Play.com Steelbook version as I did as it's the same price but looks cooler

    Unbelievable
I loved the first Gears of War and I was sceptic about this one

But have no fear, this delivers in ways I've only ever seen presented in a golden loincloth with grapes

Better co-op, bigger badder guns, much more epic campaign and an improved multiplayer make this game stand out from the crowd of mega titles released recently

I have no problem at all recommending this game to everyone

  5.  In Space, no one can hear you scream

This game is truly a cinematic experience
The environment and story make for one of the most compelling games I have played in a long time

Your an engineer stranded on a space carrier in the middle of an asteroid belt, on board you must discover the secrets of the ship and what happened to its crew. In the ship you discover horrible monsters with the sole intention of ripping you to pieces, how do you combat this? With horrific dismemberment of course, armed with a special line gun you cut off the enemy's limbs to slow then down and ultimately finish them off.

With monsters popping out of every corner and terrifying images of slaughter everywhere this is not game for the light-hearted

But as far as horror games go, this is highly recommended

  6.  Nuh Nuh Nuh, BATMAN!

I loved Lego Star Wars and Indiana Jones and this is another great romp for family and friends with the same drop in/drop out co-op (still no addition of online co op through X-Box Live)

From the beginning this game feels familiar to people who played either of the first two LEGO games but I think that this is more approachable as the story in LEGO Batman is not taken from any Film/Cartoon or Comic so you never know what will happen next. The characters are fun to use with the villains having a unique special ability and the heroes getting the ability to wear different suits to perform special tasks. The levels are imaginative and the slapstick humour that made Lego Star Wars and India Jones popular remains.

I am really enjoying this game and currently playing it with a younger sibling in my family
Enjoyable for all ages, a must for families

Can be repetitive but I didn't find this a problem

and my copy didn't arrive with the unlock code for the exclusive character but now I'm nit picking as you can get all the code from the internet anyway

  8.  Excellent

I got 2 of these for my gaming PC and now loading times are next to non and the frame-rate in game has gone up by 10fps so the image is a lot smoother and no more pauses
I am really pleased with the performance of these sticks and highly recommend them to anyone with a DDR motherboard looking for a boost

  9.  Engaging

    Posted:

The game is a great improvement over the first outing in Vegas

The AI is better, the use of cover has been improved and the addition of a level system that persistent over single and multiplayer is awesome

You can rank up your player in single player (in multiplayer you get more points for your kills so ranking is faster). Ranking up unlocks more weapons and gears for your guy or girl
There is also a system called A.C.E.S which gives you certain points for different types of kills e.g. Marksmen points go's for long range kills, Assualt points go for killing with a grenade, and CQB points go for killing at close range, again these level up giving you weapons and gears for your character as well as massive boosts to your experience points for your rank

I love the way it works and it is very engaging

My only little gripe here is that the shine in the casinos at night that made some of the vistas in RB6 Vegas quite jaw dropping is none existent in RB6 Vegas 2 making me think they lost the polish for this game

But still a great game and I recommend it to players who liked the first and Tom Clancy fans

  10.  I love it

I think this game is great and a fine addition to the DMC series

I liked the story and some of the cinematics can be quite jaw dropping
The gameplay is fast paced and action packed

The only down side is that it is quite repatative where you go through the campaign as Nero and then backtrack through as Dante
I found it a minor annoyance as the steady unlock of new abilities made up for the fact of retracing your steps as now you could kick the Boss fights with more style and so on

I do recommend this game, but do be wary as it's not everyones cup of tea
