  1.  Excellent FPS Game

I absolutely loved this game from the moment I got started with it. It took me a few weeks of playing every few days to complete the storyline missions, which given how short a lot of today's games are, I think it's excellent value for money. The missions are challenging and fun and I loved upgrading my guns and finding the hidden pieces of gold and Intel documents. The artwork is excellent as is the storyline. The graphics are good as is the pace of the game. I'm ging to miss shooting the MP40, MP43 and K98 when MW2 comes out. I highly recommend it. P.S. I never tried the online multiplayer, so I cannot comment on that.

  2.  Not a fan, but I love this album!

I've never been a fan of Slipknot....too much noise and not enough melody to keep me interested for any length of time. I simply don't like the 1st album. The 2nd album "Iowa", I'll admit I haven't heard, but the singlesreleased di nothing for me. "Vol.3 The Submilinal Verses" was quite a bit better in my opinion. I loved "Duality" and "Before I Forget" as they added much needed melody and catchiness into the heavy sound. The rest of the album was pretty decent as well. This 4th album "All Hope Is Gone" is really very good. "Psychsocial" is an awesome tune! The 1st half of the album is generally really good, with "Sulphur" being another great song. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't think Slipknot are all that great, so that they can be pleasantly surprised.

  3.  I'm proud to be a Metallica fan once again

Having been a huge fan of Metallica, since first hearing Enter Sandman back in '93, I collected their back-catalogue and loved it all. I got fed up of people attacking them for their Load and Reload albums which I still really like, even if they are different to the earlier albums. I did however have to admit defeat when St Anger was realeased as it really really sucks......I can't listen to more than a few songs at a time as it just sounds like noise for the sake of making noise. I feel that, personal and band issues aside (we've all seen Some Kind of Monster) they were trying to prove that they could be really heavy and cut it with younger bands.......and missed the point entirely (no solos, too much screaming, no snare, kirk's vocals?!?!?!?). HOWEVER...Death Magnetic is tremendous!!! I can hear much welcomed echoes from the earliest albums and I love it! I literally can't stop listening to it, even if the video for The Day That never comes is a bit , well rubbish. Excellent album! Must buy for even the most doubtful old fans who abandoned 'Tallica years ago.

  4.  Worth watching.....will make you laugh.

I'm seeing a pattern here......every time a Will Ferrell dvd is released I buy it expecting the previous comedy genius of Anchorman, Old School, Talladega Nights etc only to watch the film and feel ever so slightly let down as I've expected too much. The film is still very worth watching and will make you laugh out loud, but I feel Ferrell has done much better films. Okay, so it doesn't help us Brits much that the film is based on an American sport that we don't care for........let's face it, all sports films suck more or less. I'd still recommend it for fans of Ferrell, but others might not appreciate it that much.

  5.  Sniper One(hundered percent unmissable!)

This book is totally brilliant and unmissable! It is simply awesome and will have your heart pounding as you furiously devour each page of unrelenting contacts between our lads and the enemy. I cannot recommend it highly enough and at £3.99 it's the bargain of the century! This is what the BBC and Sky News never showed us civvies back home, safe in our beds. I for one appreciate our soldiers a whole lot more for reading this book. Sgt Dan Mills can be truly proud of himself for getting the truth out for the world to read.

  6.  Almighty fun for the family

I bought this for £2.99 from Play.com. I wasn't sure if I'd like it due to some people saying it wasn't that funny. I made sure I watched Bruce Almighty first, which I thought was brilliant and hillarious from start to finish. I then watched Evan Almighty and I enjoyed it very much. Although it's the sequel, it's a different type of film, more aimed at the family audience. I'm 27 and loved it. The bonus features are also very good and worth watching. All in all, you must buy this film if you like good comedy films....you'll feel better for watching it. At £2.99, it's a pure bargain! For those that say it's not funny.....take a look in the mirror and have a word with yourself.

  7.  Almighty Laughs

I've seen this film twice now and I swear it gets funnier every time you see it. I absolutely love this film. Jim Carey is awesome and it really makes you a happier person for having viewed it. I was laughing out loud all the way through. It makes you think too, about how you would handle having God's powers. Pretty awesome concept and 5/5 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough! It really is a B-E-A-utiful film!

  8.  Will Ferrell-esque

First of all, I laughed out loud at this film a lot, but I just can't give it 5 stars, because I have a queasy feeling regarding the Will Ferrell-esque style or "rip-off style" of comedy. It was as if I was watching Ferrell on screen, doing his usual, but still hillarious, overt-the-top comedy acting, but in some other actor's body....which just doesn't sit right with me. I know Ferrell was the "executive producer" of this film......whatever that means, but I still can't help feeling it would have been funnier if he'd actually starred in it, albeir he's too old for the role in reality. Isla fisher is gorgeous as usual....must mention that. A very funny film which I highly rate at 4.5 stars for people who liked "Superbad" or "Knocked Up", but which left me feeling it could have been better, if that makes sense?!?!

  9.  Laugh-Out-Loud Comedy

I bought this because it was £3 and people said it was really funny. I wasn't sure what to expect but I laughed my ass off whilst viewing it. I'd say it's one of Sandler's funniest films. I still think "The "Waterboy" is his best though. I'd give this film 4.5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone.

  10.  Big Dud(dy)

I quite like Adam Sandler, but prefer Ben Stiller. I bought this because it was £3 and I was expecting laugh-out-loud comedy, which this just failed to deliver. Sure it had it's reasonably funny moments, but I'd expect to see it running on Channel 5's family movie on a Sunday afternoon.....it's that type of film in my opinion. My financee thought it was plain rubbish, but it's an okay film if you're just looking to kill some time. If you're looking for side splitting laughter, I'd check out Sandler's other films "The Waterboy", "Happy Gilmore" and "Little Nicky" which I rate much higher. Overall I'd give this film 3.5 stars. It really should have been funnier than it is.
