  1.  AVERAGE

    A very disturbing flick! I see this more as a mental crime genre, not horror, I never jumped. The overall plot of the movie was decent but a little too extended. Superb acting from Jennifer Lawrence as usual but compared to her hits 'The Hunger Games, Silver Linings Playbook and Winter's Bone' - this is nothing!

  2.  A NEW TWIST ON THE CLASSIC TALE

    I loved this movie, the action, the gore and the comedy! Superb acting from Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton. I loved the tale of Hansel and Gretel as a kid and now having watched it being turned into this is just utter brilliance, I expected an hour and a half of a cheesy movie, but I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend!

  3.  A SENSITIVE AND GRIPPING MOVIE

    This film shocked me by surprise. I loved the acting from the leads Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, particularly from Jennifer Lawrence, this is her best film since The Hunger Games. She bottled up her emotions for Pat, Bradley Cooper's character.

    The movie is very gripping and necessary, the directing was fab and the ending was just so beautiful, definitely worth it!

  4.  FACE YOUR PAST, FIGHT YOUR FUTURE

    This film definitely delivers the promised action, from the start it is made clear what a Looper is and what they are used for. As I got deeper into the film I found myself stunned with how good I was finding it. The acting was great from Willis, Gordon-Levitt and Blunt. The script and storyline was very solid and different and the effects were just something else. This is an absolutely great movie, but watch this with an empty mind, this requires your full attention for its action packed hour and 50 minutes.

  5.  LET'S GET PITCH SLAPPED!

    Pitch Perfect, a fine, funny and feel-good movie. Aswell as the talented voices of the whole cast, it was also very funny - Fat Amy had me in stitches with laughter, she was hilarious! I have no doubt in recommending this movie to anyone, boy or girl.

  6.  THE STORY OF A CHILD AND HIS SON

    I found this movie quite tiring to watch, I remember the days when I used to find Adam Sandler funny, the last performance he gave which made me laugh was 2011 film Just Go With It, since then he has gone massively downhill. Moving onto this, this was just not funny at all, it had a funny enough plot but just wasn't funny at all. I mentioned above that this movie was very tiring to watch and lacked the amount of comedy that is needed in an Adam Sandler movie. Don't be watching this expecting to laugh your pants off, cos it just won't. I am massively sorry to say this as a huge fan of Adam Sandler, but how can he pull his latest movies off as comedy?

  7.  'WE ARE INFINITE'

    I viewed this movie through no choice of my own. I started watching it and thought why is it called The Perks of Being a Wallflower? By the end of the movie I got that, this film is a completely heartwarming and feel good romance, it is very sweet and emotional in places but in others I found it quite slow and boring. Acting, particularly from Logan Lerman (Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief) and Emma Watson (Harry Potter) stuck out and which is probably why I am giving this movie 3 stars, not 2 as I felt that they made the movie, but nonetheless the chemistry between all the actors were great.

  8.  HE IS THE LAW, YOU ARE SENTENCED TO SEE THIS!

    Behave citizens, the Judge is in the house, Judge Dredd and rookie Judge Anderson are trapped in Peach Trees, a 200 storey slum tower block ran by drugs lord Ma-Ma, she demands the building is sealed and the two judges killed.
    To sum this movie up, it is a great, yet gory actioner, I didn't get to see this in 3d, but I wish I had. Karl Urban plays the part of Judge Dredd perfectly, he shows no emotion at all throughout the film, which is hard to uphold during a movie, the backing role of Judge Anderson (played by Olivia Thirlby) was also great.
    Overall, gore, action, but quite a few pointless and unexplained kills, or I missed the explanation of the kills of random residents and the judges, Dredd and Anderson requested as back-up part way through the film, if you watch this, look out for the explanation of these kills, cos I sure didn't hear the reasoning, this is why I am giving this movie a 4. Great movie, would recommend to anyone.

  9.  RIDE LIKE HELL

    Awesome movie, Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays a messenger who delivers via bike, when he is given an envelope, he attracts a cop who follows him throughout the city, he is trying to get the envelope. The mystery is we do not know what is in this envelope and how important it is to this cop.

    The movie starts with a flashback of Wilee (Gordon-Levitt) being hit by a car whilst riding, which gives us a sense how the movie is going to end, it kind of opens and closes the movie, the rest is simply, he's riding round, gets given the envelope and he is then followed by a cop. Give it a watch, it's a good film, maybe just for a one-time watch.

  10.  ORIGINAL AND FRIGHTENING

    What can I say, this is a very clever horror film, reading the reviews I knew from the start it was going to be very scary, which it was. I thought I'd give this a watch because I'm a fan of Paranormal Activity and Insidious, but this, this was scarier than both of them combined, it had me glued from the start, the plot is very absorbing and clever. I didn't know the scares were coming, Which was very surprising, I felt very pleased after watching this film, as it lived upto my expectations, 5 stars. Definitely give this a watch horror fans!
