I saw this in the cinema when it first came out and fell in love with it. After, i completely forgot about it until the friend i saw i with told me she had it on DVD, and if i wanted to borrow it i could.I fell in love with it all over again. It also recently aired on TV and now i am set to buy the DVD.The idea of a Navy SEAL babysitting a bunch of kids is one that is quite fun in itself, and the actual finished movie appeals to everyone.I found the characters to be believeable and almost real, if not a little quirky but very easy to become attached too.One of the best Disney films i've ever seen, and i reccomend it to everyone!

Although people have been saying this is a very predictable movie (and it is, really), i found it to be very well thought out and has a fair share of twists and turns.'xoxoxo' reviewed saying that she was 15 and her favourite film was Dirty Dancing, well, i'm a 14 year of girl and although i dont have a favourite film, i favour Horror films to ones like this and i found this to be one of the best of this genre. All in all, i thought the characters were OK, and the storyline was good. A real tearjerker, though. Be ready with the tissues!
I read this book when it first came out, and i rember my mother being really concerned when i bought it becuase it was about self-harming. I quickly put those thoughts to bed.It is a very insightful book, and really makes the characters three dimentional. I felt for Emily, and became quickly attached to her. Needless to say, i cried quite a few times during this.I have since told almost all of my friends to read it - i dont know if they have, but i'll keep pestering them until they do!

I read this book for school, and i have to say, this is one the best books i have ever, ever read.Jenny Valentine's narration is wonderful, and you can really get inside the character's head. There are so many twists and turns - you wont know where to look!I read this book in a few hours, having to stop periodically to wipe away tears and blow my nose. This had me crying from about page 100. I didnt stop, not until the end.Anyone and everyone should read this. It makes some interesting points about morals and teenage life.Just read it. It's amazing.
