I brought these Glasses with my xbox 360 in mind, They are ok. not brilliant but ok. Watching videos is pretty sound though. all though it claims to be like looking at a massive screen, you dont get that feeling, However when you sit in front of your 50inch t.v and remove the Glasses, the image that has been burnt on to your retna still appears larger than your tv from around 8 foot away.
picture quality is very good and clear, there is some adjustment when wearing them, but its not a lot. you dont seem to be able to focus them, ( i only mention that cause once they are in a very comfy place they seem a little out of focus, so you have to readjust them so they are in focus, and you end up loosing the comfyness of it) you can remove the earphones and use your own which is good, beacause i have a massive head and the ear phones are just to short.
On the whole though they are a good bit of kit, its easy to get immersed in a dvd, they are ok for gaming too, but if you intend to play fast paced action games, then stick to the t.v. as you will soon find you are moving your head around alot, you will probably get some motion sickness too. If the price tag was about £125 then they would be very good value. but the current price doesnt quite match the expectation your money deserves. If you can afford them and have a specific use for them, get them. If you just like gadgets get them, If your curious about them and wonder what they would be like Dont buy them, you will use them once or twice and leave them in the closet.
