This is my favorite dvd. It has helped me to lose weight, the workout makes you sweat. After doing the warm up and the cardio I got on the scales and guess what.... I had lost a 1lb.... needless to say after I had a rest and got on later I put the 1lb back on but it just proves that it does work. I usually lose about 2lb a week but doing this 3/4 times a week I lose 3lb. I really do recommend this.
