  1.  little girls are scary!!

    Posted:

This game was definately planned before created. It blends in alot of horror within a under water city. This was one game that i got scared on, you never new what would happen next. Like resident evil you have to use your ammo sparingly and you can use magic.
Through most of the game you are told by someone to try and find his little girl who is trapped.

You can get about 800g running through the missions. If your one of those people who takes their time then you can get the full 1000. I found myself not wanting to play it again only because i was scared. You are able to upgrade your guns and magic through out the game.

There is some new DLC content for it. I think it is a game worth getting. I didnt enjoy it because of the shortage of ammunition you are provided with. How ever i still gave it 5 stars because it was superb in every way.

For the price that it is now you should get it. It provides alot of gameplay hours especially if you want to play it again.

  2.  Ever wanted to be a spy?

This is definately an improvement from need for speed prostreet. I borrow this off a friend and the campaign was good. The races arnt that hard to win and you are able to stick to one car again. The achievements are easy and fun to get aswell.

Online is superb. You are given a wide range of different game modes like cat and mouse plus races like sprint and circuit. I dont think there are any draw backs as its very original and amazing. Well there was one draw back with the campaign, there wasnt much variety of cars and the races were a bit to easy. Im not a good driver either so.

It is a big improvement from all the other need for speeds. If you are into these games then you should get it. The graphics arnt that bad and you are very unlikely to get confused with the career. But between career missions you might find yourself having to do another 10 races before you can carry it on

Overall 9/10. Definately a good game worth getting.

  3.  Have you ever had dejavu????

    Posted:

This game is based around 5 immortals who have lost their memories from the past 100 years. You go around each town picking up the bread crumbs that have been left behind. The battle system was very fast and effective which never got boring. How ever by the end of the game on disc 4 when all your characters meet up again they vary on lvls. Mine varied from lvl 10 to 40.

The storyline is easy to understand and enjoyable. How ever there arnt any side quests that you can do only the main storyline. Its still one of those RPG games where you have to make sure you have covered every inch of land to get every treasure.

The achievements are easy to get as you can get 125g for completing each disk. How ever you can only really get all of them as soon as you reach disk 4. By then you will have only done 8 at least. I would never play this game again but its still worth getting for the adventure.

There are some quiete sad and memorable moments that keep the game moving. It never ever got confusing where to go. So i would recommend getting this game only for the RPG fan tho.

  4.  A bad version of oblivion???

    Posted:

I found myself liking this more than oblivion. The only reason for that being that oblivion is a slow game in which you need alot of time dedicated to playing it to get somewhere. Two worlds was completely the opposite. The campaign was good as there is a good storyline to it and getting places was alot easier.

Some drawbacks are that you can find yourself wandering too far and end up at a lvl 100 monster when your only lvl 10. It can get very confusing at some stages. The lvling up system is very fun and user friendly.

The online play is good. It still is very laggy with alot of players. It can get boring as they will start killing the villagers. At lvl 1, without help you will find yourself dieing against even the easiet of creatures and not gaining any xp. So i didnt get very far unless nice and generous gamers give you potions which give you more health.

I would still be playing it if there wasnt any good games out. This was given to a friend and he was confused from the start. This is not one of the best games in the world but its still worth giving it a shot. But i would get this game as a last resort and look for another game which could be better.

  5.  Bringing the fun back into killing zombies

    Posted:

This is a good game for the people who have lots of patience and time on their hands. Through the game you pick up treasures which you can sell and emblems which you collect for an achievement. After each chapter you are allowed to buy and upgrade each of your guns. This game stops people being trigger happy as you have to pick ammo up and use it sparingly.

The achievements are fun to get. As you can get at least 500g easy. You either play as chris who was in the last resident evil. Or you can play as shiva (only when you complete the game). It was definately worth the money, it stacked up alot of game play hours which was worth it.

How ever i have heard that it is alot like resident evil 4. Every mission you do is alot similiar like holding out somewhere for a certain time. So there is not much more variety in the game. But the graphics and gameplay are good. The only down fall is that you have to stop before you can shoot. Unlike call of duty where you can run and shoot.

Its definately worth the money and its a break from the traditional 3rd and 1st person shooters that are out at the moment.

Its a 3rd person game and even when you complete it, i found myself finding other gamers online and helping them.

  6.  Futuristic RPG fun

    Posted:

There is an extremely good storyline to the game. You are a boy whos dad died as a guardian and now your invited to join the guardians aswell. The offline play is really good, you dont have to always do story missions instead doing other alternate missions to get your lvls up is a good suggestion. Instead i just did the storyline.

Completing the whole game gets you an easy 1000g. They all involve killing different bosses. This lasted me at least 20 hours of gameplay and the fun didnt stop. Online is where its all happening, you join other peoples parties and do missions.

How ever online there is a catch which involves a small price to pay. Its an extra payment like xbox gold but a couple of £ more. It was definately worth the money tho as you can play it for hours on end. The creators even put it in special events at halloween and christmas.

If it wasnt for the additional payment i would have given it 5/5. Other than that this is worth getting. Its different to any rpg game i have ever played and fighting creatures never gets boring.

I would suggest getting this game and giving it a go.

  7.  call of duty 5, weapons of the past

    Posted:

This is another good call of duty game. Instead of prestiging at 55 its now 65. The bad thing is that there are not enough good weapons you can get challenges from and it seems to take years to even prestige once. I am an average player at this, getting a good kill/death ratio.

The campaign is good, since it is different and very original. The third level on veteran is incredibly hard if your not the best sniper in the world. I still prefer every aspect of call of duty 4 since its modern and the weapons are better. All the assault rifles are single shots appart from one on call of duty 5. The most annoying thing about online is the TANKS!!!. There is only a few game modes where they have been removed, my favourite was headquarters since there was good xp, but tanks have just taken the fun out of the game.

Its still a good and repetetive game. The campaign on veteran is hard but still possible and you can get alot of gamerscore from it. There is even a new zombie mode, like gears of war 2 and the new survival mode on left 4 dead. you have to try and survive for ever. There is new DLC with 3 new maps for online and a new zombie map. Apparently theres a new DLC coming soon??.

I was a big fan of call of duty 4 but this has just dimmed the whole experience down. I am hoping that ( call of duty modern warfare 2 ) will make my day better once again. I think its not the best game in the world, but others would disagree with me, but its still worth getting for the experience of what wars were like to fight in the generations past.

  8.  call of duty 4, guns made to last

    Posted:

The storyline is brilliant for this game. If you get the game i recommend playing on veteran not on easy!!. This way you get motivated to keep at it and not give up. If you go through on easy then there is no motive to do it on veteran. The online play is also good. The ten prestiges feature increases the hours of gameplay.

Bad points - when i became 10th prestige, after about a month i got bored since there was no motive to play it. ( It could just be me) Its very replayable online but not story mode. Playing with friends increases the fun factor otherwise playing by yourself can get boring.

good points - there is a variety of guns. Not loads of single shots like call of duty 5. (fire with the middle finger and you get accused of modding with a controller, it works for me). Every single gun is good. I think that sniping on this is harder than call of duty 5.

Over all i would give it a 9/10 only because the story i didnt think was replayable. There are 4 new maps for it which makes it more enjoyable. Prestiging doesnt get boring because of the amount of guns you get. If your a big first person shooter fan then this is the game for you.

  9.  Is bond back in town?

    Posted:

The campaign is good in the way that if copies the movie perfectly. How ever it has a few scenes from the previous bond film, this could have been done so gamers dont get confused with the storyline. The graphics are not as good as some of the new first person shooters that have come out. But the gameplay is superb

online is so much better than the campaign (obviously). Every game you play you get a certain amount of credits at the end of it. You can then use them to buy weapons or gadgets. But there is a problem, the fact that they have mistaken a shotgun for a sniper. You are able to shoot someone with a shotgun from a mile away and kill them. You are likely to find everyone running around with the best shotgun. So not alot of variety.

How ever alot of the gadgets you can buy are percs on call of duty 4. You can buy one which makes your weapons do more damage or another which lets you start off with more health. There is a variety of game modes so the game doesnt get strenuous and boring. The achievements are farely easy to get, you can get about half and half on the campaign and online.

This was one of those games where you can get into it within the first 5 mins. I borrowed it from a friend and didnt start playing it until 2 weeks had passed. There is 1 map ( cant remember name ) from the previous bond on nintendo 64, its not exactly the same but its different.

    Overall 8/10
    Graphics = campaign - 9/10 --- however online - 5/10
    Gameplay =campaign- 10/10 online 9/10
It has lost 1 star for the fact that some guns are way to powerful online and the other because the campaign wasnt very exciting to play.
I would recommend you getting it only if your a bond fan and you want something thrilling and different to play.

  10.  Magic is real

    Posted:

If you are still unsure after reading reviews and before reading this review try the demo. The demo definately made my mind up if i was going to get it. This is the most action packed game with a variety of choices. Its like counterstrike in that at the start of each round you buy either weapons, tech or magic. (except you cant buy tech or magic in counterstrike). You can even play pc gamers, so now you can prove whether xbox gamers are better than pc gamers or not!!!!!

The game isnt just about killing as many enemies as you can. You can buy different things which benefit your team mates like ressurecting them (bringing them back to life).

Im the sort of person who prefers the 1st person shooters. This definately brings back the fun in them. Since it doesnt revolve around holding a gun, instead you can teleport through walls and flanking the opposition.

You can choose between 4 characters. How ever the bad thing is that i thought the demo was better than the game. When i played the game i started hating it. The only map in the demo i think is the best. Anyway i still think you should buy the game as its different for the normal 1st person shooter fan.
