When i first got these headphones i was quite supprised at how small they were, i started worrying thinking id made a mistake because of their size but when i started listerning to them that changed. The bass is really awsome, plenty of it but not so much that it gives you a headache, they are also really clear and crisp. they come with a cool little carry pouch that is handy if you have them in a bag or whatever. The only thing i would say is a little misleading is that it says "option of exchangeable ear pads" well there may be that option but they do NOT come with the package. the only thing that comes with the headphones is the carry pouch. but thats no problem because they are really comfy anyway and after a short while of getting used to them i can now wear them for about 4 hours without any irritation. Because of their convenient size they are aceptable to wear outside where as the over ear headphones look a bit stupid, this means you can listern to music with great quality rather than the crappy in ear headphones that come with a i-pod for example. These headphones sound good on the i pod but of course the volume is limited by the i pod so im some cases you might not be able to crank it up as loud as you want to, but on a computer of a hi-fi system they sound even better becuase of the adjustable options like bass ect... One last thing is that if your out and about, for example on a train or a plane or just walking about other people can hear your music if you have the volume really high, this is becuase of the metal mesh on the cans that leak sound its no problem if you have the volume slightly lower or if your in your own house, if you are a commuter then you should maybe look at the Sennheiser HD 218's or 228's Which are both on this website too because they dont have the metal mesh. It has a good quality wire and it only comes out of 1 side of the headpphones, this is cool because it stops the wires from tangling up as much as other ones. If you have a big head then dont worry becuase they are really adjustable and you can make them huge ( they reach down to my jaw when they are fully extended and above my ears on smallest). I recomend these headphones to anyone that loves music, especially bassy music and light rock, because of the impressive bass. but if you do travel then buy some 228's or 218's because they dont leak sound and are cheaper. thanks play.com :)
