The adventures of Tintin borrows from many other games, most specifically early Prince of Persia and Elevator Action in the platform levels that are the bulk of the game. But fortunately, it borrows all the best bits, uses them well, and throws in some very nicely animated and impressive for Wii graphics.
Breaking up the platform parts are driving / shooting and aeroplane parts. The latter are a little slow, but the driving is very well done, smoothly animated, good to control, and fun.
The main story will last you around 5 to 6 hours, pretty standard these days, but there are loads of challenges and other adventures to be played separate to the main story.
Never ever thought this game would be any good, but a most pleasant surprise.
