This book is superb when thinking of baking any type of cake, cookie, biscuit or tray bake. The instructions are easy to follow and the results are always great. My mum had this book ever since I can remember and she is the best cake maker I have come across! I am now getting my own copy to try and follow in her footsteps! The original publication of this book is quite old, however it still has weights in imperial and metric which is great for older and younger chefs. Would recommend to all abilities! Happy cooking!
