My Week With Marilyn

Highlight for me was the cast. Great acting all round, but the winners for me were Michelle Williams, as her take on Marilyn is both brave and brilliant and also Eddie Redmayne, who is wonderful as the innocent but charming Colin. Well worth a watch.
It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia: Season 1

Stands out from the monotony of overly cautious modern sitcoms. The plots can range from the everyday difficulties to the ridiculous situations that only characters in a US comedy could find themselves in, but all have hilarious dialogue that will amuse anyone(and occasionally make you cringe in embarrassment). The characters are egotistical idiots, but you find yourself really liking them thanks to the super acting. I find it gets better with every season, unlike most shows which get more ridiculous as time goes by.It isn't politically correct, so if you do like to take offence at the littlest of things then I wouldn't recommend this. But for everyone else, give it a go - it'll become a favourite! The only thing to make this better is to have more than just season 1 available in the UK
The Horrors - CD

With most albums, you always have to skip a few tracks, but with this there is no need. Much like their last album (Primary Colours), the whole album flows really well. Its incredibly atmospheric and stands apart from the soulless pop music that clogs the charts at the moment. The Horrors are only getting better and better with each album. Well worth a listen.

Not one to laugh aloud at TV, but couldn't help it - Ricky Gervais & Stephen merchant are genius.Has a brilliant cast & excellent cameos, with Barry from Eastenders being the cherry on top :)

Wonderfully weird and absolutely hilarious. One of the very few shows that make me laugh out loud at.All of the characters, whether you like them or not, make you laugh.Immature but witty at the same the time.Shame it only ran for two series. Genuinely a favourite of mine.
