  1.  Great Album without masterpieces

    This album for Noel Gallagher's fans is a dream: 10 very nice song, great variety without any let down.
    Yes, you won't find a masterpiece like for example Wonderwall, anyway I prefer much more an album entirely composed by nice songs instead of one including 1 or 2 masterpieces and other crap songs put in there only to make number.

  2.  A pleasure to play

    I've just finished the game and I must say that it was a real pleasure to play. The graphics are good and so the sound effects, but in an adventure game what counts is the playability and the story/atmosphere and from this point of view I think it was done a good job (in fact a very interesting story, although I slightly preferred the one of the first episode).
    The difficulty level of the puzzles is medium, I don't remember too many "strange puzzles" or annoying "pixel hunting" so with a bit of effort and sometimes patience it is not impossible to finish the game without consulting a walkthrough.

  3.  Not as good as the 4th episode....

    I'm a big fan of the RE series and I liked this game very much. I'm also a bit "disappointed" because I think that the 4th episode (wich in fact was very very good) was a bit better than this one. It was longer, creepier and in my opinion had a better "atmosphere" and story. That's the reason why I give RE5 "only" 4 stars. Anyway I repeat that I liked this game and the port has been perfectly made: the game ran flawlessy on my system (E8400 + HD4850) with great graphics and sound. I started playing with the X-box360 controller beacause I thought it was the best control-system, but then I immediately switched to the mouse&keybord setting because I found it to be more "user-friendly".
    Don't wait anymore: if you are a RE fan this is a must buy!

  4.  Fantastic FPS!

    Simply one of the best FPS that I've ever played...I played it with an E8400 and HD4850 at full detail without any problems and the game was simply amazing not only to see but also to play. From my point of view, even if it is a 2007 game, It is very hard nowadays to find a better game!

    This game is really fantastic...ok, the graphics are not so good (in fact are similar to Halo 1), but who cares when you have such strong gameplay and story?
    For me it deserves 5 stars.

  6.  Good arcade game

    Very nice game with great graphics and sound (really "next gen") without any glitches or slow downs (at least on my sistem: E6300 + Ati hd3850 + 2gb DDR2).
    This is a 100% arcade game so you'll have to first shoot and then ask questions, but it is anyway a lot of fun.
    The story is not bad (nothing more, nothing less), with a lot of cinematic sequences.
    The downsides are that (in my opinion) the protagonist runs a bit slowly (but this may be due to simulating the weight of your suit) and that you cannot sell the game once completed because it requires steam activation and so the cd-key will be locked forever on your account.
    Another thing to keep in mind is that if you want to play on-line it is much better to buy the new "colonies edition" with windows live support because in this old one you wont find any open server.

  7.  Recycled

    Perseus Mandate has recycled everything that it could from Fear and Fear XP but the result is not so exciting...I was a huge fan of the first two games, but this one has been a let down: the first four levels are very very boring, in fact the game begins at level 5 when it becomes more challenging, but then the fun won't last long because the game is short.
    I had better system performance with the two games mentioned before...here I experienced some slowdowns and first of all the "slow mo" system seemed to me worse and a bit laggy compared to the one of Fear and Fear XP.
    In conclusion I would advice to save your money for Fear2 or some other titles.

    This is simply a great game, there's nothing else to say, even if it was released (if I remember well) in 2004 it is still actual because it has great graphic, sound and playability. Whatch out for the difficulty level, because I played at medium setting and found the game very difficult but never frustrating (even if the final battle was veeeery hard).
    Another charachteristic of the game is that it saves automatically at check points, many people could complain about it, but I think that this adds some good "tension" to the gameplay.
    The game is very long and you won't finish it very soon.
    Definitely two thumbs up!!
