  1.  Don't bother


    After reading all the great reviews and it being a real bargain I brought this. In my opinion it's really not that good. I use workout dvds a lot (i've got about 20 of the things and use them in rotation about 4 times a week) - this isn't particularly hard work compared to others I've got. The trainer continually counts to 8 throughout the entire workout but misses out and adds in all the time which means you can't keep count yourself, it doesn't work both sides of your body equally because of this. When you get to the get to the abs and thigh section the instructor tells you not to rush but then you have to keep up with a quick beat - this for me is an easy way to do a exercise wrong and injure yourself. It won't become one that I use regularly.

  2.  Overall a good workout


    I really like the trainers on this dvd. They're really down to earth and seem to know what they are talking about. It's certainly not an easy workout but I've got other dvds which are much harder. If you have a low level of fitness this will push you and I reckon fitness would improve quite fast. For more advanced it's good for maintaining fitness and excellent to tone up. I also love the fact that the contests are totally normal and in places can't actually do what is required - it really makes you feel positive especially compared to some of the celebrity vid's where they wear ridiculous outfits and have on far too much make up to work out. Overall if you want to shape up this is a good buy.

  3.  Love it


    I own a lot of work out DVDs and this is my absolute fav. I love cardio box and the pump is also really good for toning (and cardio). This DVD really helped me get myself fit and I know it cheesy but I feel so much better for it.

  4.  Hard Work but effective


    I don't really know why I brought this but am glad I did. I didn't really think it would work me hard enough but I was very wrong. Really gets you sweating and works all your major muscles. Only criticism is its long. If you want to do the whole thing it's over an hour!!! But you can just do one or two sections to cut it down. I'm no longer surprised at the amount of weight Hannah lost - just hope she keeps it up as she looks fab!!!
