  1.  Rocky on Horseback!

    This is a great little film featuring a performance from Paul Bettany that is so charming, funny and likeable that I never tire of watching it. Without Bettany its probably a solid 3 star film, pretty formulaic but nevertheless enjoyable. Bettany adds an extra star to the review and puts it a cut above most other films of this kind.

  2.  I might be biased

    Eric Cantona is quite simply my favourite human being of all time. The philosophising Frenchman is a footballing genius gave me countless hours of enjoyment and inspird me some of my best performances and so just the clips of him playing in this film are worth the price alone.
    But the film is also a great one. The story of little Eric is an uplifting one and there are numerous moments of warmth and humour. But then again, how could I not love this film, Its Cantona

  3.  Feel Good

    Not a masterpiece by any stretch of the imagination but enjoyable none the less. The plot is at times a bit baggy and some of the jokes fall flat but the characters are likeable, the soundtrack is great and I defy you not to have a smile on your face at the conclusion

  4.  Bargain

    This is in my opinion Guillermo Del Toro's best English language film by some distance. Visually stunning, particularly the scenes in the troll market and with a fantastic central performance from Ron Perlman as Hellboy. Smarter, funnier and with better action sequences than the majority of the more publicized comic book movies. A buy you will not regret.
