This is awesome, it hurts to begin with but I was ok after day two on level one. Level two is a massive step up and have only got as far as watching level three :) It's hard and constant work, but at only twenty minutes it's easy to squeeze in. I do need another twenty to recover lol. You do need weights, I'm using tins of beans at the mo, but other than that it's so easy to do in the front room. Jillian is great, easy to have on in the room and didn't annoy me once. She motivates and tells you that if you want twenty minutes you have to work for it. And you do!
I can see results already, and I've done this for over a week. Did a seventeen mile bike ride at the weekend with no difficulties, which is not like me at all. Thank you Jillian!
