  1.  Great Series

I don't know how you can give this series 1 star, it deserves at least four. The reason being that Doctor Who is always a mixed bag because there is always 5-7 different writers each season. So some episode you will love and others you will hate. But almost all of the episodes this season I loved, especially The Doctors Wife (Neil Gaiman), the impossible astronaut and day of the moon (Steven Moffat). Matt Smitt, Karen Gillian and Arthur Darvill have great chemistry as they always feel like a family aboard the TARDIS, which is welcome change to the usual romance between Doctor and companion.

  2.  A timeless piece of art

The central theme of Taxi Driver is loneliness and self reinforced loneliness. It is a visual oxymoron that Travis can be alone amongst a city full of people. I like to think that it is also a story of a mad hero as well as a story of loneliness. To me this is Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro's best film. Although the pace is a little slow it is necassary and realistic, if you want action and explosions go and watch a Michael Bay film. On the other hand if you prefer a film with plot, character development and great acting then Taxi Driver is your film.

  3.  A true western masterpiece

Sergio Leone has finely crafted a masterpiece that is made even better with Ennio Morricones score. Although I do prefer The Good, the bad and the ugly the difference is only a fraction. If you havn't seen this film watch it now.
