The shape up your body dvd in this collection is HARD but...I have been doing this every other day almost and I'm really seeing a difference in my fitness and strength. Lots of leg workouts which is what I need for my mountain climbs in june. If you want to get in shape this is definitely the workout dvd needed!! AMAZING! I've lost weight and toned quick, I love it, I'm addicted!!
