  1.  Korean Miss

    Posted:

I am a fan of Korean cinema but this is one I wish I had passed on . Dull ,confusing and overlong , I kept watching hoping it would get better - it did not.

  2.  My wife is a what ?

    Posted:

Hugely entertaining film from South Korea that successfully blends laugh out loud comedy with drama and martial arts. Not an easy mix I grant you but it works here. Difficult to find, but definitely worth seeking out.

  3.  Fun Fun Fun

Didn't expect too much from this game considering the budget price price but I was pleasantly surprised. Great graphics and addictive gameplay. Who wants meaning in a game anyway ?

  4.  The pits

I'm not a prude but when a film relies on swearing, bullying, bodily functions and general crudeness it seems like the writers were having an off day. Main problem is it just isn't funny and there is not one likeable character in the film.

  5.  Size Matters

    Posted:

I bought a size L as I am a 42" chest but found it to be too narrow in the body and too wide at the neck.

  6.  A Blue-Ray Classic

At last this classic epic gets the treatment it deserves. I watched it on a 46" Panasonic plasma and it looks absolutely stunning. If you are thinking of upgading from a DVD do not hesitate.

  7.  Audie's Best ?

    Posted:

A gunslinger reluctantly finds himself leading an odd mix of townspeople on the trail of four killers - but who can he rely on when the shooting starts ? Top notch western.

  8.  Fun Without Gore

Something you rarely find - a really good game that is suitable for all the family.

  9.  Operatic Bliss

Three beautiful women with superb voices. Comedy, romance and sublime music. What more could you possibly ask for ?

  10.  Sex, big cars and rock n'roll.

This history of Chess records and the roots of rock n'roll may not be entirely accurate but it has great music and good perfomances, Muddy Waters, Etta James, Howlin' Wolf, Chuck Berry and many others are in the mix. The fifties atmosphere of sexy girls, big cars and raunchy music comes across well. Solid entertainment.
