  1.  Fun, good work out, but abit quick

    I've got my fitness coach- get in shape and loved it, got a little bored after 4 nights a week for the last 6 months. I was just doing the cardio option so got abit samey, decided to give this one a try.

    Ok, so only done this once lastnight and I suppose I wan't taking to to seriously, but...
    I tried all the mini games and 3 or 4 dances I found it really good. The only thing was that some of the dances are just too fast, even on the beginners levels. I'm off ot try the set programme created for me...looking forward to it.

  2.  A good hard workout

    I knew from watching some of the programmes that this was not going to be easy and thats what I wanted!
    There is a warm up and cool down (10mins each) and 2 cardio/toning (20mins each) to choose from, there is also a 10 minute hip hop dance, which is fun! The cardio is cardio so hard work & pushes you, even through a tv screen! Both instructers are good at explaining the moves and don't assume you'll remember them. I also love the fact the contestants are doing the workouts too, not eveyone to can do all the moves perfectly which makes you feel more normal! The only thing is there is a selector option for example I wanted to do warm up, cardio and cool down, if it could remember your selections it would be better than returning to the menu after each section is finished. I do a 40 min work out 5 times a week,. so this fits perfectly. I think I will start to mix up my dvd's so I don't get too used to it. Well worth the money!
