When you start playing, you feel abit lost in how "huge" this game is, when in fact, after playing it for a few months. You realise there isnt actually that much going on, some people say it is a "deep" game and in some instances it is, with player controlled markets etc. However these markets are already controlled by players from the beginning of eve, other than that there isnt much to do, missioning is repetitive and boring, as is ratting, mining even more so. Small improvements such as planet interaction are not as in depth as you are led to believe, as is much of this game. You may at first feel insignificant as you start, however after a month or so you can be capable of pvp at a reasonable level, and you will understand alot of what is going on. But maybe another month down the line you will realise that this game hasn't got that much on offer, and your constantly waiting for your skills to train, which are not affected by how well you play but instead just waiting. Which is what this game seems to be about, constantly waiting around, either for warps, travelling, mining, even some battles.
