  1.  Sweat like mad!

    I go running three times a week and wanted something to do inbetween. I sweat more doing this than running, it's fab! I used to go boxing classes and this definitely matches for intensity. It's quite addictive as well as the more you do the more activities you unlock! Would highly recomend for weight loss!
