This will make your muscles burn!
I purchased this DVD to use along side Jillians cardio DVD 'burn fat, boost metabolism'. The workout is based on strength/resistance training and works two sets of muscle groups at a time. Each circuit is broken down into 6 minutes, so by the time you feel you can't go on, Jillian changes the circuit.
I like to do this workout fully 2x a week and then I do BFBM 3x a week. It's only 50 minutes 5x a week which I can always fit into my day (usually in the evening once the kids are in bed). I would really encourage anyone considering buying this DVD to couple it will Jillians other title as you won't get a 'cardio workout' from this. And TBH, by buying both the DVD's you wouldn't be spending anymore than if you were to buy the lastest celebrity offering.
