This album changed my life, I found a whole genre of music that was waiting to please me and my ears.

Fontella Bass for me is one of the most beautiful soul singers ever and you'll fall in love with her vocals.

I can only dream of being this talented.

     Returned in glory.

I have listened to this album hundreds of times and I cannot get enough of it. After seeing them live in November in the Albert hall I fell in love with the music more.

If you have never heard Cinematic Orchestra then buy this album I swear you will not regret it.

  3.  Life changing music.

I also bought this 10 years ago and it opened my eyes to synthesizers and french music. The style is like no other and this symbolises a great changing in music.

    I cannot recommend this enough.

  4.  Legend and Future Classic.

I have a thing for end of the world movies and until now most of them the good ones made pre-1990.

This is a movie you want to watch over and over again. One that will stand the test of time and shows great respect to the original.

  5.  Genius!

When I first watched this many years ago I loved this film. Its more about the process of men getting to war than war itself.

Its an amazing transfer and really bring Stanley Kubrick's image of the film to a format that has finally done it justice.

  6.  Tongue firmly in cheek.

Ok so this is far from serious. Its a gore fest made to make you cringe. I enjoyed it as I had no pretenses about it.

    One for a rainy day.

  7.  Cinematic brilliance.

Some movies don't stand the test of time but this had me in love all over again. The music is stunning and it really brings the story to life. Subsequently bought the 3 CD of vangalis for my birthday.. (check it out under CD)

Harrison Ford at his all time best, I would by this again.

  8.  Surprised.

Ok so I heard all the hype and avoided it in the cinema but was bored and ordered it.

I was knocked clean of my seat with this film, superb story with in some places mesmerizing visuals. I think it did the Beowulf story justice.

I paid £26 for this locally and I did not regret it so pick it up here for a snip.

  9.  Seriously though.

Ok so I suppose for the time it was a stunning arty movie. But if your not a fan your going to hate this. Little or no dialogue and the ending was horrific.

Looks spectacular on blu-ray but I wish I had saved the cash for something better.

I know some people will read this and this this is blasphemous but its total garbage. Try Sunshine is you want a good space movie.

  10.  Fun if a little lacking.

I love GT3 truly was a masterpiece. GT5 Prologue as I am aware is only a fill in till the full game but its lost its soul. Yeah it looks great and there are some super cars but 6 tracks is a joke, considering most of us have played 2 of them to death.

How can I say £17.99 is not a bargain and I am not. Buy it for sure but don't expect anything truly breath taking.
