At Play.com, we offer Free Delivery on everything to the UK and Europe. If you want to get your items even faster, we now offer Express Delivery and First Class Delivery to our UK customers.

This page details UK and European delivery options for items bought directly from Play.com and third-party PlayTrade sellers. During the checkout process, you'll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. Your delivery options can vary depending on a variety of factors, including product weight, size and delivery address. If you don't see a particular delivery option then it's not available for your order.

Free UK Delivery

Our free UK delivery service (including the Channel Islands) for all products from Play.com usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting.

The estimated delivery time for First Class Delivery is 2-3 working days. Please be aware that you will be charged for this delivery option.

Express Delivery (UK only)

Eligible orders placed before the cut-off time displayed during the checkout process will arrive on the next working day. Delivery costs range from £4.99 to £8.99 per delivery.

• Cancelling items, changing your card details or your billing address after you have placed your order could mean that your order is no longer eligible for Express Delivery.
• For your order to qualify for Express Delivery, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed in the checkout.
• During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for Express Delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if stock runs out), this will affect the estimated delivery date.
• Some deliveries may require a signature. If delivery is delayed as a result of there being no one present to receive the package, you will not be refunded delivery rates.
• Applies to most delivery addresses within mainland UK.

PlayTrade deliveries

PlayTraders dispatch products from a number of locations, so delivery times can vary. We ask all of our PlayTraders to dispatch items within two working days and to confirm when they have sent them. The price of a PlayTrade item includes postage costs.

Free Delivery outside of the UK

Products eligible

DVDs, Blu-rays, CDs, games, books, clothing and sports equipment are eligible for delivery outside of the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver footwear, electronics, personal computers, gadgets, or mobile phones outside of the UK.

Our FREE export delivery usually takes 7-10 days to the following countries

How to place an order for delivery for export

To order a product for delivery outside of the UK, you will need to change the currency on the Play.com website from sterling to Euros. Remember delivery is still FREE outside of the UK.

To change currency, simply click on the Euro image at the bottom of the shopping basket on the left hand side of the page and all prices will be automatically converted into Euros. Alternatively, click here to change the website into Euros.

If you want to change it back to sterling, just click on the UK flag in the checkout box.
