How do I redeem a promotional or discount voucher that I’ve received?
It’s easy to redeem a voucher code at Play.com. Simply add the product(s) you want to your shopping basket by pressing the “Buy” button. Click “Checkout” and either sign in to your existing Play.com account or register if you are a new customer. During the Play.com ‘Checkout’ process, you must select "I have a promotional or discount voucher", then enter your unique voucher code in the ‘Voucher Entry’ box on the ‘Pay & Confirm’ screen to receive your discount.
- Voucher Codes can only be redeemed on Play.com Items and not those sold by a third party seller
- When selecting an item to check that the seller is Play.com which is given on the listings page and under the product page with seller profile
- If a code is invalid at the checkout to check whether the items in the basket to use with the code are Play.com items

The balance can be paid by credit/debit card or with PlayFunds.
What can I do if I’ve forgotten to apply a promotional or discount voucher I have to an order I have already placed?
Unfortunately, you cannot amend your order to add a promotional or discount voucher once you have placed it.
If I cancel an order which was paid for using a promotional or discount voucher what happens?
