I'm someone who listens to a lot of music. I don't like walking around, taking work breaks and listening to other people's noise and pointless chatter.
Initially I baulked at the price because, who in their right mind would spend a small fortune on a pair of headphones?
It was well worth the money.
The headphones come with a 2 year worldwide warranty, functional and carry case, various adapters (inc in-flight) and a connecting wire should you run out of power.
There is also a USB cable to charge them with as well as a wall charger.
Charge time takes around 2 hours and on it's regular setting - you should get a good 8-9 hours out of it at full volume. If you use noise cancelling, then you can knock an hour and a bit off that.
The sound quality is fantastic and immersive -with the noise cancelling mode engaged - the bass feels more vibrant but not intrusive and the trebles really sing.
The headband is comfortable and easily adjustable - they tend to clamp a little bit on your head - but with a few uses, it appears to loosen up a little bit but retains the 'seal' around your ears perfect;ly.
The headband itself collapses nicely into a shape about the size of half lengthways of a blu-ray case. Once in the bag, they can fit into n empty pocket - but if you're rocking skinny jeans - probably not.
The buttons are intuitve and light up (on default setting) - contrary to popular belief - you CAN turn this flashing light off by reading the manual's instructions. (which I duly did as It was fairly distracting, especially at night).
Voice calls are clear and recipients have no trouble in hearing you through the very unobtrusive microphone located in the left cup. I have tested this on busy streets, Waterloo station and airports with great success.
Connectivity and pairing is excellent - once connected to your device (mine is an iPhone 3GS) - it stays paired. The range is good, even through walls - I would hazard a guess that about 10-15 metres at best., is the maximum distance.
If using with an iPhone - please be aware that bluetooth will reduce your battery life anyway. I tend to flick the bluetooth on and off when I intend to use it. I also turn the headphones off when not in use.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with these - I was fed up of poor sound quality of earbuds and then the wires going on them (so you'd have to twiddle them to make them work) and this was the best solution. The sound quality can not be lauded enough. Simply superb.
