Samsung D900i Vodafone Pre-Pay Mobile Phone - Black

This is by far the best phone i have ever purchased, the camera is excellent and gives very clear crisp pictures in nearly all lighting conditions, the battery life is suprisingly large considering the small size of the phone and there are infact keypad tones subject to what people think, you have to go into Settings, Display Settings, Dialing Display, Font Type and then change it to normal this enables you to change the keypad tone, Buy this phone!

I cannot fault this phone one bit, but i do wish the battery life was more. Samsung have been told for along time that their phone batteries dont last. They have made no changes in this model, so if you are looknig for a phone with large battery life, this is not the phone for you. BUT if your looking for a phone, with lots of gadgets, this is the one your looking for. Bluetooth, internet, radio, games, it has everything.

I've had this phone for 6 months now and it's now on it's third repair of the screen..! Although the glass is strong the underlying crystal screen is very brittle and can crack with very little pressure. If you carry your phone around in your trouser pockets then this is an accident waiting to happen. I'd recommend you get something a bit tougher and with a better battery life, having to recharge every 3 days isn't very good for todays technology.
Do yourself a favour, and don't get this phone.

On paper the specs look good for this Samsung - 3MP camera, video, MP3, bluetooth. However, after a couple of months with this phone I've ended up a little disappointed with it. The camera takes an age to take a picture, the battery life is not great, the standard ring, message and keyboard tones are terrible, and it doesn't have the robust feel of the Nokias I've had previously. Also there doesn't appear to be an apostrophe for texting - bizarre given all the other symbols available. On the plus side, it is very light, the screen is clear and I've had no problems with the phone. Be warned that unlocking the phone appears to require a clip or data cable -- something I didn't check before buying (all the Nokias I've had previously were unlockable by entering a code). I'll keep it for a while but will probably go back to Nokia next time.

Very light and slender. Great if you dont want a phone that sticks out of your trousers pockets. Fantastic spec on the phone. Sound blasts out if required. All in all a good buy.
