The Etymotic hf2 for iPhone and iPhone 3G is the world's first in-ear, high fidelity, noise-isolating headset. Enjoy clearer communication and better quality music playback.

Never miss a call

Hf2 mutes and pauses your music automatically as your phone rings and starts it playing again when you hang up, so you won't miss an incoming call or your favourite song.

The inline microphone and control pod lets you answer calls manually and allows you to manipulate the music playback functions on your iPhone or iPhone 3G.

Improved two-way communication

High fidelity earphones cancel outside noise to allow hands-free voice calls even in noisy locations, while the high sensitivity microphone provides clearer two-way communication for you and your caller.

These are the most detailed earphones I have heard so far! I have to admit, I had my concerns at first due to a lack of bass compared to my old Sennheisers but after a quick Google search it was evident that they do not really start to kick into gear until they have had 60 Plus hours of music played through them. This (as I have now learned) is a standard thing for all good headphones.

The Tips you get with these headphones are very good. I used the standard ones fitted as I felt they worked fine for me. You do have to get a very good seal!! And I have to stress here, you do need to play around with them until you find it but once you have (like riding a bike) its easy to repeat there after.

If you look around on the internet it becomes clear that bands like U2 use these guys headphones with custom tips, which we as mere mortals can buy at our local Boots for a little extra cash (something I am now thinking about).

Im so glad I have them.
