BlackBerry Torch 9800 / 9810 Black Leather Pocket Case / Black

After owning a leather pocket case for my Bold 9700, I was sure to get one for my Torch. This case is really nicely made and fits very snuggly, although I'm sure this will loosen slight after a few days use (which it needs). The front and back panels of the pocket are nice and stiff, which is good for providing extra protection from any bumps or drops. As with all blackberry products they have imbedded a maget to set the phone into sleep mode once inserted, helping improve battery life and to prevent you from accidentally making calls while in your pocket/hand-bag. I really like that the headphone port is still accessible while in this case allowing you to use your wired hands-free set or headphones for music while in the case, a great little extra.
Overall as always with Blackberry products, well made, does the job it needs to and does it well, would definately recommend for others.

The lining started to come away at the top edge where you drop the phone in and now the leather is peeling along the joint to reveal the stiffening carboard or whatever piece it is inside. I could try glueing it back I guess, but it shouldn't have failed in the first place.

Thephone sits face into the taller side neatly but the camera lens and flash are then permanently exposed to scratches from coins in your pocket etc.
