after firstly receiving a faulty charger, i wrote a review expressing my disappointment.
in an unexpected and thoughtful response to this, Play.com rang up our house, apologied for the inconvenience and sent a new one free of charge.

Possibly the best charger on the market, this fantastic piece of equipment offers multiple phone integration, has a 3-pin UK plug and is CE approved. Wow! I am amazed that all these fantastic features can be delivered for such an affordable price. My friend Josh and I both feel that this is possibly the greatest deal on this site. We highly advise you to buy this product.
