  poor sound quality

| | See all Ooooog's reviews (9)

Syncs up OK with my phone and clip is delicate but OK if you are careful - but the sound quality for the person at the other end is poor - people simply cannot hear me unless I shout at the top of my voice. Going to have to buy a better more expensive bluetooth.

First impression was good, fit easily in my ear but didn't fit in my wife's ear, as I originally bought it for my wife.
Connection was easy, no problems.
speaker was very good.........but
the mic is so bad, and I couldn't hear what the other person saying. It could be the only this unit but no good for me.........already processed the refund.

  Decent Value For Money

This a decent little headset, I only use it for my Playstation 3 but it does the job brilliantly. Its so light when in/on your ear you hardly notice it at all and the sound quality is spot on.

The only floor I can find with this, would be the supporting arm. This is the bit that keeps it in place in your ear so it doesn't fall out. It is not size adjustbale so depending on your ears could be too big or small and make it uncomfortable.

However for the price you can not really complain. It does exactly what it says in the description and does it well. Would deffinatley reccomend this to anyone looking for a simple, light, cheap headset for the device.

  Rubbish-low mic sound

| | See all mstmark's reviews (1)

Just got it and paired with Motorola Atrix. I was hoping some of the comments about the low sound from the mic from 2010 would have been fixed, but I guess not!!!
Called myself on another mobile and i could hardly hear myself speak on the other phone!!!

the speaker is very good sound though but thats probably the only good thing about it.

is 5 worth it? i dont think so!!!

will be testing for another day and if it does not improve, i might look to get it returned to play!!

Right let me start off that it's a total bargain and if you want a cheap headset. I guess this is the one to go for. A few problems, main one being that it only had around 1 hour battery life. So e.g. if you're into your first person shooters and you spend a good few minutes/hours playing. Expect to not have your headset every few matches. Also the piece what goes on your ear is made from a very thin plastic and after about a month, it will break. Which has led me to tieing it to my head with an elastic band. (Not recommended LOL!)

I bought this to use with my Playstation 3 - however, I'm unable to hear people down the headset over the screeching sound that's made in my ear. Even after adjusting the microphone options in the XMB, it's still an issue. It sits very uncomfortably in the ear, my voice is being played back to me and people also complained that I was just about audible over the static.

It's easy to set up and if the situation was dire, I could probably withstand the noise and whatnot - but you get what you pay for.
I'm getting a refund and investing in an official Sony headset.

  Alright With A Slight Downside

This headset is alright, I could play my PS3 straight for 1 hour - 2 hours straight without taking it out for 10 minutes as it tends to get uncomfortable, and the earclip is cheap plastic but fits all ear sizes aslong as you take care of it, I mainly use this for Black Ops Zombies, so far ive played about 12 games with it, and about 5 of those matches I was told none could hear me and I wasnt speaking clearly, so you might want to buy a separate cheap USB mic.

Its cheap and does it jobs, but not as much recommended for gamers!

  Not bad for the price

This headset is acceptable for the price, however the earhook is extremely fragile and snaps if over used. The sound quality is not great but acceptable for the price. In short if you don't use PS3 chat often this is more than sufficient but if you intend to use it often i would advise spending a little more and getting a better quality product.

Fantastic value for a fiver!! Only one small gripe is the fragility of the ear hook. Would like to take the opportunity to point out to other users that I have found the Small tipped nokia charger (mains) works well to charge the headset.

bought this because i killed my old headset, had no problems connecting with my phone sound quality is good and is a lot cheaper than 60 pound fine and 3 points on licence. You will not find a cheaper headset than this fantastic value
