BlackBerry 8520 Curve T-Mobile Pre Pay / Pay As You Go Mobile Phone (Black)

Ive had this phone a while now and i honestly can not think of anything wrong with it. Im currently using it on the o2 blackberry pay as you go tariff. Unlimited texts and Blackberry data for ten pounds a month.

If your just looking for a basic BlackBerry, then this is most definitely the phone for you.

excellent phone keyboard is amazing to whip out text, emails, tweets and updates very quickly and efficiently. t-mobile current do a pay as you go tariff where if you top up 10 you get unlimited txs then you need to spend
5 of that credit to get a months unlimited BBM's

I purchased this phone for my sister as a christmas gift. We were setting it up on boxing day when after about an hour of trying to work out why we could not get email access-we realised that we needed to top the phone up with 20 pounds for 6 months internet and email access. This was an addition expense I was not expecting straight away as I had just got a 10pound top up card to go with it. Apart from this the phone seems to be very fast to type and write with-much easier than her older mobile. The graphics and sound quality are great too....so buy and enjoy it... but expect a little additional outlay to start with!!!

Yes t mobile are the ony network that has the blackberry on pay as you go, its fantastic just put in a tmobile pay as you go sim in and after a few minutes its all up and running bbm, wap, app world, the lot works just the same as contract and free internet for 6 months carnt go wrong with this fone great, but remeber only tmobile do this with blackberrys, top stuff nuf said enjoy.

I have this phone on the orange network. This phone is fantastic, it has a messenger which allows you send messages and pictures to other blackberry users for free.

Only problem that I had is that when I got this phone the internet would not work. Although as part of my contract with Orange I had unlimited mobile internet, Orange told me that I needed to pay an additional 5 pounds a month as blackberry uses a different type of internet to normal phones. It is connected all the time to allow emails to be recieved where as normal phones have to connect once you request it. This 'add on' included unlimited texts which is something to keep in mind if looking at it for a contract phone.

I am currently a t-mobile customer and my current price plan is unlimited texts and 500 minutes. I currently have an lg cookie and hate it with a vengeance. can anyone tell me if i buy this phone and put my existing t-mobile sim card in it will the price plan and everything like that apply to the phone and will it work ok?

Ive heard from many people about the blackberrys and that they are a good make of phone..

Although i too have heard various rumours about the internet bundle! eg: if your a new tombile customer the first 6/12 months of internet is FREE?...i dunno if this is only with carphone wearhouse? but its not stated here...and i assumed this is a deal that comes with ALL blackberrys isit possibly play.com could inform buyers if that deal applies here too...or isit only given depending on where you buy it.

Definately Worth Buying, its the best phone I've ever had! Great keyboard, cool features and the Pay as you Go works great with the 10 quid a month unlimited texts and web service T-Mobile offer. I can work my apps online, use facebook and send all my texts. Bliss.
