Jabra Clipper Stereo Bluetooth Headphones

I drive quite alot and as such must always rely on hamdsfree. I don't like having bluetooth headsets connected to my ear. Most are pretty big and it can be annoying at times.

I started using a wired headphones/handsfree kit to make and receive calls and also to listen to music when out and about. I found that the 3.5mm jack would get damaged whilst the phone was in my pocket. Music would keep switching from left to right earphone. I went through 3 in about 6 months. Discrete but not longstanding.

With the Jabra clipper I don't have to worry about heavy headsets hanging off my ears, music is crystal clear and effortless.
The earphones provided are very good and the sound quality is rich and bassy. I've been using skullcandy previously, the clipper is better. It comes with 3 rubber ear peices, small, medium and large.

The clipper itself is made or a rubberised plastic. It has 3 main buttons. On/Off or Pause/Play or Answer/Reject. And volume plus and minus also used for forward and previous tracks.

I use the Nokia 5800 xpressmusic. I get all usability with the clipper except for voice activated dialling. You cannot enter phone book by use of clipper. It does have the ability to call/redial last caller. So far I've not run out of battery life. My phone tends to die alot sooner than the clipper....running on high energiser!

Music functions are excellent. Fully compatible with my nokia.

I have tried connecting it to my pc. Unsuccessful so far, i reckon it's due to the bluetooth dongle i'm using. It's an old one. I'm keen on the idea of having wireless sound from my pc.

Another thing that may be of interest. I also connected the clipper to my car stereo/head unit. The ipod 3.5mm jack fits into the clipper. I was able to stream the music off my phone through the car's amp and speakers. was extra pleased when i received a call. The caller was heard through the car speakers, whilst my voice was captured by the clipper's mic itself.

All devices serve a purpose, this serves quite a few in my case. I'm happy and well impressed with this product. Buy with confidence and at this price, it's a no brainer!!!

Works great with my iPhone 3Gs. Perfect for listening to music on the treadmill at the gym. Also works with the iPhone's original earphones with the build-in mic so you can make and receive phones calls using it (you must still initiate the calls from the iPhone though).

These are my first set of bluebooth earbuds and I've gotta say I'm impressed with them. I would say they lose connectivity at over 1.5m (manual states 1m), the only way I can ensure easy connection is to ensure that wifi is turned off on my phone. The earbuds themselves have really good bass, but section you handle to put them in tend to stick out when fitting them comfortably in the ear.
