got this for the wife for christmas, and so far not disappointed at all. software is very easy as with all nokias, phone is sleak, light and does exactly what a phone should do. if i had to pick a downside, the flash needs to be off for photos, coz it is slightly too bright and leaves brightness on the photos. but the photos are brilliant with flash off. if you are not looking for a smart phone i recommend this.
