Griffin Reveal Etch Case For iPhone 4 / Graphite / Black

The case is brilliant, sits perfectly flush on a flat surface, good gripping on the sides and comfy to hold.

Had one of these cases on my iPhone 4 for 14 months and never had one complainte about it, so when I ordered an iPhone 4S I had no hesitation ordering another especially at this price. On fitting the case it was obvious the silent switch and volume buttons have been moved down about 2mm and the switch is slightly under the case but still accessible so can still use no problem.

I love this case so much. Gives me full protection all round. Rubber edges to stop dust getting in, and hard back to stop scratches.
It looks great, and feels good in the hand. Only negative is that the rubber edges seem a bit loose but prefer more tight.

I'd ordered this case after reading review after review on multiple sites claiming this to be near perfect.

Unfortunately it has a couple of major flaws.

The rubber around the bottom near the dock connector is flimsy - really annoying.

The looseness of the rubber has allowed dirt into the back permanently scratching the glass - I am not impressed by this at all.

It does look nice, and it is easy to hold but it's put me off hard back cases forever.

Only 2 stars because of the permanent damage caused to my phone.

I got this case as part of the Apple Free case programme, and I love it! the price for this case at Play is good and if you want a decent case for your iPhone 4, then this is one of the best cases you can get!
