  Best Mobile Provider, bar none

I have just gone through the torture of ending a contract with 3 Mobile, who, from my experiences, have an awful service and very poor customer service.

I have now gone back to O2 and am very pleased with the superb service I receive. If you go into an O2 store, the staff are usually pretty clued up and can deal with most problems there and then.

They have UK call centres with British people who can understand what you are talking about and aren't just reading things off a checklist.

I also think the bonuses you get on O2 are superb and they really reward you for being a loyal customer.

Highly Recommended!

  o2 All The Way

I recently switched to O2 from Vodafone, and I have to say O2 is much better for several reasons.
Firstly it has the best coverage in the UK, and I get full signal everywhere in my area, North Wales.
Secondly the tariffs are far better value, I used to spend £5 a week for Vodafone free weekends, now I find myself spending probably half of that every month, you should check out the o2 tariffs on their website, their really is a lot of choice to suit you, however they don't do sim cards there so you'd be best off buying one from here.. only £2.99, can't go wrong!

  02 Sims Magic

These are and always been the best value sim cards, I paid £5 one of charge and got texts abroad for 10p and calls worldwide for 10per min. I have had the sim over 3 years after I was paying 25p and 30p per text abroad.
However if you have a 3g phone, you do need to apply for a 3G Sim, these do not give you 3G internet only a 2G internet, a huge difference. If your sim breaks you don't need a new one they replace it free of charge and keep your old number

  £30 worth of texts free

| | See all sandyman233's reviews (53)

This sim card is by far the best on the market. Top up £10 + a month and you get 300 free texts as well as your £10 credit. If your not a big texter you can easily change to 100 units per month instead of 300 free texts. A unit is either 1 minute of call time or 1 text message. Well worth £2.99 or cheaper from people who are selling them through playtrade.

I have had my o2 sim 7 years this september and im never changing sim card untill this one breaks, even then i will just buy another one of these. They have saved me hundreds of pounds with the free texts and i plan on keep using them.

5* product and at a very cheap price! Would highly recomend!
