The quality of the item is good, but it won't fit my SGS II that I planned on using in it. iPhone fits perfectly mind, I wouldn't say it is water proof as it has 3 massive hole in the top that will let water in no problem at all.

But the biggest problem is the size of the strap, I don't have huge arms yet I only just have enough room left on the strap to do it up, if you are anything other than a skinny guy I'd think of getting a different make. Due to the amount of strap available on it for my arms it makes it almost impossible to put on with ease and to get comfy.

  Designed for all smartphones...

Not ALL, this product is designed specifically for the iphone. so if your phone is longer or wider than the iphone, it will most definitely not fit.

Cycled with it, run with it.
Just been out in driving rain for 6 miles of running, was a little worried but absolutely no water got in and all i was wearing was long sleeved lycra top so was on the outside.
Easy to adjust, lots of velcro on the strap.
Only downside and a very minor one is reading the screen when it's on your arm but its so easy to take off and on that it's not really an issue.
