this is my first bb,i love everything about it.the only thing that lets it down is the battery,the battery life is appauling
Never write reviews but felt compelled to for this phone. It is the perfect balance of looks, feel, practical performance and the keyboard is just brilliant! For the first time ever I find myself writing proper emails on a phone. The touch screen / physical keyboard combo is genius. Haven't found a single fault with it yet.
Recently received this phone after having owned a few andriod phones. Build quality is first class, call quality is very good and the phone is very responsive. The combination of touch screen and full qwerty keybad is pure genius. It works well and makes navigating around blackberry os a pleasure. Battery life non too shabby. Took it off the charger at 6:30 am and now down to 50% (8:20pm) having made a few calls, browsed the net, listened to an hours worth of music and testing out a gps app i bought in the app store.
On the whole big thumbs up for the phone
I love my phone, never had a BB before, I am totally impressed with this phone, love the touch screen and full qwerty keyboard. Soo many things on it . The design is lovely and very thin as well giving it a sleak look. The only thing I'm not impressed with is the battery life, it could be better. But tbh I think you will get used to it as the charge is fast

highly recommended.
battery is slightly smaller than the 9780 but time will tell...
