3star for the service 5star for the phone I have ordered from play.com before and the goods have always been good and up to scratch this time however the box was opened. everything was inside but i was given a second hand charger which had two gouges in the plastic and visible signs of wear. When i phoned customer service they offered a replacement but i had waited all weekend for the phone so the offered me a refund of GBP4.90 to order another brand new charger.
This was not up to play.com usual standard but i feel they rectified the situation. on a side note the phone and other items in the box were sealed and had all stickers intact, the phone itself is absolutely amazing and one of the best phones you can buy. dont let the size put you off when you see your friends squinting to read a facebook post on their phone you will feel truly superior. there was a time when phones were Smaller the better but that era has ended since you can do a whole lot more than just play snake and use a calculator on your phone.
