Absolutely shocking. Within seconds of using the product I noticed an issue. When you turn/twist the jack when it is inserted in your ipod/iphone one or more of the earphones goes out with a muffling sound as if you are tuning a radio. At first I thought this may be a feature of the headset however on further inspection one realises this is due to manufacturing errors. I am quite sure that after a while both will fail to work - on its own!! Very disappointing - companies should not be able to sell such rubbish to consumers.
The only good thing about the product is that it arrived within a few days. WARNING: STAY CLEAR IT IS CHEAP FOR A REASON!
