3 Good phone except the Lock buttonRegArnold | 01/02/2013 | See all RegArnold's reviews (1)This is a good phone, and, with some effort, I could fit a sim card. The instructions were reasonable, though in quite small print, and it needed a bit of trial and error to learn how to work the menus using the top three buttons. There is no predictive text, and I would say it is probably not very good for texting, though this is not its target customer anyway, I think. The main weakness, though, is that the price of having large easy-to-press buttons is that the lock button needs to be easy and effective to operate, and it is not. Finger sliding is not enough; you have to use a finger nail to jam it as firmly as possible into the lock position, and there is no real click as it arrives, so it is prone to open. Although this might be suitable to keep switched on in a car or on a shelf, it is not really suitable to carry in a pocket or bag. You'd think the designer would not skimp on the lock, wouldn't you, but he/she has.
