This phone is very good indeed.Easy to use,light and fine looking (for a phone). Loads of features great sound quality and battery life is also good.
Have not tried downloading pics or sounds but found a device to do this on the internet,(after a lot of looking).
Bought my first two from vodaphone and my next two from play (all for family) and have had no problems.

The only thing i would moan about,if you can call it moaning is the keyboard is flat and i prefer mine raised a little.Apart from that its a great phone.

this phone is a fab buy. even though it aint a slide up! it has a video camera, a camera, games, n much more!
