Supertooth Visor Lite Bluetooth Car Kit

i bought one for myself, and after flashing it around for a while i was begged to order 2 more for my friends.

great kit, very clear voice, sleek looking, and easy to operate.

the ones i bought have been paired with sony ericsson and nokia phones. for those of you who have a recent nokia phone, you are in for an added bonus, the loudspeaker will play your mp3 ringtone through the kit! whereas when paired with my sony ericsson, all i got was my ringtone playing through my phone as usual and a high pitched ringtone through the kit.

I got one of these with an upgrade from Vodafone and loved it so bought one from Play.com for my wife. Great safety and value. Works well SE W810i and W610i, Samsung E900, Motorola SLVR and RAZR.
Motorola compatability extended by the fact that this unit uses the same Mini USB charger as the SLVR and RAZR.
Infinitely superior to the first Bluetooth visor device I tried from Pama - that one ended up being ejected into a ditch at high speed.

I've tried a few of these visor kits, most have been complete pants at motorway speeds. The Supertooth Visor Lite works perfectly at all speeds. I have not had one person on the other end of the line complain they cannot hear me and I must have used it for 100 calls.

If you like gimmicks, this one is not for you. It has no text to speech, no auto off, all it does is answer calls - which is what I bought it for!

It has a volume switch, one button to connect calls & one to disconnect calls. Push the microphone to switch it on/off.

Very clever magnetic mount, which means when you need to use your sun visor, you pull the unit off one side & stick it back to the other - without taking your eyes off the road.

The only thing better than this would be a hard wired kit.

My girlfriend was forever using her mobile while driving so when they started to crack down on it, I thought it would only be a matter of time before she got pulled over. She's gadget phobic so this thing had to be user friendly which it is. I kept borrowing it so much I went and got one myself. The magnetic clip that attaches it to your visor is very robust and makes it easy to move and re-position the device as you need to. Also, the fact that it is on the visor makes the sound quality clearer because it is so much nearer the mouth. It automatically pairs to your mobile with no trouble at all and therefore activates every time you enter the car (as long as your bluetooth is on). You can charge it via the cigarette lighter or via a usb cable plugged into your pc or laptop. The only minor problem is that the volume can sometimes be very loud without realising which can scare the bejesus out of you if you forget it's there.

I bought 2 of these items and they work very well with both the Sony Ericson and Nokia phones they are paired with.

They were simple to set up and very easy to use. I have had no problems with the units.

The only minor issue is the fact that they fit on the sun visor and when you get the sun in your eyes, the unit needs to be reajusted to they other side of the sun visor when you flipthe visor down.

Appart from this the sound quality is very good, the unit works better if the phone is set to auto answer. (a personal preference)

The kit is well made, robust and resonably small. It is portable to allow you to remove it from the car and carry it in a pocket.

I really like mine and would have no problem reccommending it to others.
