  Best Nokia Ever

| | See all MsAlex's reviews (1)

I've had this phone for 2 years, was given an LG Smartphone for Christmas and have already given up and gone back to my 6300. I can live without querty keys, thanks! This is a very sturdy, smart, small phone but has good sized keys.

Just downloaded the mini Opera browser from the Nokia/Ovi site and can now Tweet, Facebook and Blogger from my phone, it's much quicker than the standard WAP browser that the phone comes with, you can even have the screen and browser buttons rotated so that you can use the screen landscape (little easier on older eyes).

Camera and photos still come out great (is it really only 2mp? It's excellent) and has the best battery life around (great if you use it for the music player too).

I bought this phone after wanting something a bit simpiler. It makes calls, texting is so easy, it has calender, 2 mega pixel camera/video, music player big screen some games, access to internet. This is one of the best phones I have had and I have owned phones such as N96 which I bought this phone to replace. Very good phone.

  Great Phone

This Phone is a Good Phone - I am a teenager BTW and it does me fine i mean well its rugged cause im always dropping my fone and im always doing climbing and mountain biking with it in my pocket and it has not broken yet which is good, The features on it are mostly the same as my old phone - The nokia 6234(this phone was amazing it was literally bulletproof,i used it for 3 years till it realy was impossible to use) well anyway back to the review of this phone-most people have said the battery life has been terrible this is true it does not last me 24hrs i can make maybe a 2hr cal and send 100 sms then the battery will die and i need to charge it for 2 hrs as well from dead to full so thats one of the downfalls, the other downfall is that the loundspeaker can blow if you are listening to music and the phone recieves a text message and it vibrates this blows the speaker some times which isnt so good otherwise the phone is half decent, im kinda a die HARD nokia fan cause ive only had nokia phones through my whole phone history, when nokia design phones like this the one thing i like about them is they are fully rugged:) -Hope you liked this review and i highly recomend this phone for a teenager that wants a phone for calls and texts.

This phone is great. It has a fantastic camera. The music player is simple and easy to use. The rest of the phones features are good and it has lot's of them. So it's a fantastic phone for the price, and everyone seems to have one, so it's got to be doing something right.

  Absolutely Fine

Reading previous reviews, you would think this phone to be complete rubbish, but i have had this phone for almost 2 years without any trouble at all. Its rugged, good looking and simple. The camera is average and so is the mp3 player...but thats why i have an ipod...and a camera.
The battery life on my phone has been fine, lasting for about 4 days at a time, with text messages and calls.
I would personally recommend this phone to anyone.

  Great Phone

I think this phone is brilliant for a all round phone especially for young people. There is nothing wrong with the battery life, I had one and it was perfect, it fell thousands of times and did not mess up.

Worst battery life phone ever by Nokia! buy 6300 Black....

Worst battery life phone ever by Nokia! buy 6300 Black.... which is better than this mobile.

I refund 2 of 6300 silvers then got 6300 Black and found much better then silver.

Advice: Buy Nokia 6300 Black instead of Silver.

  This phone is rubbish!!

| | See all Surfingsambo's reviews (2)

I have had this phone for about 6 months now and have had nothing but trouble. The battery life is absolutely rubbish. From fully charged it won't last 48 hours and if you make any calls you can reduce that to 24 hours... ... useless. I've also had problems with the microphones and have returned 2 of these already, the latest has recently developed the same problem. I'm sick and tired of having full signal and clearly hearing the person on the other end of the phone say that they can't hear me, or that it's a 'really bad line'. Not a bad phone if you don't make phone calls and can have it permanently plugged in. Don't buy!

A terrific phone. Great screen and menus. More rugged than a Mancunian barmaid. Does everything a phone should and does it really well. If you want a better camera, go buy a camera.

  Brilliant !!

I love this phone !! For those of you out there that want to make calls rather that mess around with mostly useless features on other phones this is for you. Very similar to the good old 6230(i) thus very easy to use and quick to find names and functions. The only gripe i have is that you can't use your own voice to initialise calls, it uses a computer generated voice that counds like a darlek. Other than this, a good looking sturdy easy to use phone.
